Michigan 50 Companies to Watch Award was presented by Michigan Celebrates Small Business (MCSB), during the ninth annual MCSB event. It is presented across the second-stage companies to appreciate their tremendous growth and recognize their economic development towards strengthening the US. MCSB belongs to the state of Michigan to recognize, celebrate and cultivate Michigan’s small businesses.

Filmmaker of the Year was presented by Multi-Ethnic Advisory Task Force (MEATF) in Chicago, Illinois. MEATF identifies, encourages, and recognizes individuals with the ‘Global Community Oscars’ every year for their significant achievements in their chosen fields of occupation in the US from different ethnic communities.

Mahatma Gandhi Sesquicentennial Medallion of Excellence for top 20 global icons was presented by The Metropolitan Asian Family Services (MAFS) at Waterford Convention Center, Illinois. The event was a tribute to honor the great Indian freedom fighter Mahatma Gandhi’s 150 years since birth. MAFS is one of the oldest and largest ethnic senior Non Profit organizations in the US.

Asian Hall of Fame award was given by US Pinoys for Good Governance (USP4GG) for outstanding leadership and contribution to the community. USP4GG is a Filipino American Association incepted to establish good governance between Filipino Americans and the mainstream community in the US.

USPAACC is a non-profit organization representing Pan Asian Americans and their related groups in business, sciences, the arts, sports, education, public and community services.

Grant Thornton International Ltd is a leading independent audit, tax, and advisory firm. Lawrence Technological University is a private institution founded in 1932. WWJ is a commercial all-news radio station licensed to serve Detroit.
